Dawn of Dawn Boys Yoga will be leading a yoga practice at VegFest so bring your mat if you have one! Dawn has been practicing yoga for nearly 30 years & specializing in Ayurveda, Yoga of Recovery, therapeutic, ashtanga and sports specific yoga. She loves to bring the elements of nature into her practice, honouring the seasons, weather and the aspects of how to bridge the mind & body with Mother Earth. Dawn has an extensive background in personal training, fitness and occupational therapy. You'll find her outside on a snowshoe/trail run with her dogs, practicing yoga on a lake dock, on her paddle board or tending to her veggie gardens.

Chloe Davidson
Using a violin, looper, and voice as her tools of choice, Chloe Davidson creates music full of authenticity and wonder. Playing many diverse genres and collaborating with many different types of artists, her sound has many versatile subtle influences. Though essentially, her touching melodies, moving lyrics, and rich harmonies, are rooted straight from her heart as she strives to create music that brings light to the nature of who we all truly are as a whole.

Brooke Toop, the owner of Tenacity Health and Fitness, is excited to teach a 30 minute workout at VegFest Kelowna that will focus on functional training. Brooke is a certified personal trainer and International Youth Fitness Specialist. The team at Tenacity Health and Fitness is very excited to put on a workout for VegFest attendees!

A Canadian Dream Folk duo out of Kelowna BC. Josh, with his Eastern soul-folk vibes and Bex, her melody-driven West Coast influence, together they make music that captures their tender vulnerabilities and draws listeners into their world with a deep-rooted transparency and open-hearted presence. Their sound is a unique blend of their individual histories and personal truths along the way to figuring out who they are as people, as well as song-writers. One thing is for sure—they have figured out how to collaborate with both authenticity and humility as they dedicate themselves to the creation of timeless art.
JAZZERCISE FITNESS CLASS

Paula Cowan, an instructor at Move & Flow Studio, will do an upbeat Jazzercise class of popular songs. Yes, Jazzercise!...and better than ever! The 9-song class will take participants through a warm-up, some low impact cardio dance moves, and end with a nice stretching routine. All the moves will be at a workable level for everyone and anyone!

Winner of "Urban Artist of the Year" at the 2018 Western Canadian Music Awards, Vancouver-based singer/musician HAVYN performs a mix of originals and covers in the urban/pop/R&B genres in a duo with her partner.
DRUMMING CIRCLE

Manu Dave has graciously stepped in to host this event as Jim Copeman, world fusion percussionist and drum circle facilitator for Feel The Rhythm Drum Circles, will be away on May 26th. Manu welcomes everyone to experience the energy of group drumming and share their drumming spirit! Participants will be led through a warm-up to learn simple techniques and rhythms then progress to more spontaneous drumming. The main focus is to HAVE FUN!!
